Vision & Philosophy

The vision of the Royal Ontario High School Grade 12 Foundation Year is to offer a flexible, self-paced, and academically rigorous learning environment at a cost that is truly accessible for international students.

The program is operated strictly as a cost-recovery initiative - no profits are pursued. Instead, the focus is on providing a high-quality final preparation year that builds confidence, academic readiness, and a clear bridge into Canadian postsecondary education.

"The goal is simple: make the final year of high school more affordable, more supportive, and more effective."

Why Choose Royal Ontario High School?

The goal is simple: make the final year of high school more affordable, more supportive, and more effective.

Affordable — Without Compromising Quality

Royal Ontario High School is operated as a cost-recovery, non-profit operation, meaning your tuition goes directly toward delivering a high-quality educational experience — not profit.

  • All-inclusive six month fee of $4,400 CAD covers tuition and emergency insurance
  • Small class sizes, certified teachers, and daily in-person instruction
  • Comparable private schools in the GTA charge 2-4 times more

You receive a top-tier Grade 12 education at a fraction of the price — without sacrificing academic standards or learning.

OSSD - Your Global Passport to Higher Education

Complete your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) — an internationally respected credential — in just one year by combining your previous high school studies from your home country with Grade 12 in Canada. Recognized by top universities across Canada, the U.S. and the world.

Convenient, Central Location

Our campus at 121 Brunel Road is ideally situated for families with relatives or guardians living in the Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon):

  • Close to major highways and Pearson Airport
  • Easy access via public transportation
  • Safe, student-friendly neighbourhood
